Changes in clean air rules trouble IU experts

Earlier this week, the Trump administration released details about new rules governing the pollution generated by power plants. Those rules will change the Clean Power Plan set during the Obama administration. Janet McCabe, a former administrator who helped develop and implement the Clean Power Plan, explains why this is troubling.
