Dorau directs ERI’s policy and implementation portfolio, including the McKinney Midwest Climate Project. She works alongside ERI’s leadership to deliver programming and support to local government climate initiatives. Previously, Dorau served as inaugural Director of the Office of Sustainability for the City of South Bend.

Kandris is the Executive Director of the Polis Center and Director of Community Informatics at IU Indianapolis. She has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations use data and GIS to better understand their communities.
