Many tools are available to help communities anticipate, plan for and adapt to increasing temperatures, more frequent floods, recurring droughts and other impacts of the changing climate. While the majority of the tools listed below are those developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Environmental Resilience Institute seeks to expand this list to be more inclusive of tools developed by other agencies, nonprofits, universities and businesses, as appropriate.
